I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your service. I ordered my needles on 4/21 and realized a day later that I made an error on one of the items. I called Customer Service not expecting much, because of past experiences where I have made mistakes ordering online and was told "too bad", but the representative said she would take care of it and, further, my order would be going out that same day. I got the order yesterday, 4/24 and, lo and behold, it was just as I wanted. I am beyond thrilled that your company rectified my error and I plan on shopping again with you - I will be buying all my knitting supplies and hopefully some alpaca goodies in the near future.
