Cancellation Policy

Alpaca Direct quickly processes your order so we can rapidly prepare your shipment. Due to the speed of this transmission, we cannot always stop the shipment from being processed. Alpaca Direct will attempt to cancel your order, or individual items on your order, if your request is made before we have processed the order. Alpaca Direct cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.

Making Changes To Your Order

If you request to change the color or size of an item on your order, Alpaca Direct will attempt to change these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. If you request to change to another item, we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one. In order to make a request to change a color or size, please call Alpaca Direct. No email requests, please. With the high volume of email, it is very likely that your order request will not be received in time.
