I have been dreaming for a cardigan with these long flattering lines for a while… One that will go with anything in my wardrobeLongline is a fantastic long cardigan with a wide rib collar. With its simple lines, it is perfect to show off any yarn, but especially good for beautiful hand-dyed ones.

       Sizes:XS(S,M,L,XL,XXL,3XL,4XL,5XL) To fit bust size: 30(32,36,40,44,48,52,56,60)                   inches. Recommnded Ease: 0-2 inches (0-5cm) of negative ease

       Finished Measurements:

  • Bust circumference (worn closed with overlapping collar): 30 (32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60) inches; 75 (80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) cm.
  • Armhole depth: 6½ (7, 7½, 7¾, 8½, 8¾, 9½, 9¾, 10½) inches; 16 (17.5, 18.5, 19.5, 21, 22, 23.5, 24.5, 26) cm.
  • Upper arm circumference: 10¾ (12½, 13¼, 14, 15½, 16¾, 18, 18¾, 20) inches; 27 (31, 33, 35, 39, 42, 45, 47, 50) cm.

Note from Designer: Several people have found that they get holes in the shoulder area. This might depend on how you make your m1ps. I have found that some people place the strands of yarn on the needle in a way and some in other, which might lead to confusion. So I recommend that if you don’t like the way your shoulders are looking, you try looking at some of these tutorials:
