Placing Your Order
Placing an order at Alpaca Direct is easy. There's no need to create an account prior to placing your first order online. Alpaca Direct also accepts orders by phone 24/7. To phone an order just call 1-888-306-0111 with your item numbers available.
Finding Items
You will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located in the left side of every page of our store. If you prefer to browse through our product selection just click one of tabs at the top of the site or click on the drop-down menu on the left side bar to find a more detailed category listing. Here you will find information such as the product description, available colors, available sizes, sale price (if any), and other possible items you may like.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag
When you are ready to purchase an item, first select a color and then select the size. If the item is available in only one color then you will not see that choice. Click the "Add To Shopping Bag" button on the product detail page. This will take you to the shopping bag. If you wish to continue shopping just click any of the tabs at the top of the site, click on "Continue Shopping" link at the top or browse our suggested items list in the cart. You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking the "Your Shopping Bag" link at the top of every page of our Web site.
Using a coupon or discount code

If you have a coupon or discount code to use with your order, select 'I have a coupon or discount code' at the bottom of your shopping cart. You will then be able to enter this code. Please note the code you enter will be validated based on the dates and amount of purchase.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Bag. Here you can update the quantity of your items, verify the item prices or clear your bag completely. When you're ready to place your order click the "Continue with Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
Signing In
If you are a new customer, click on "Continue Checkout" on the left side of the page. This will bring you to a "Customer Information" page in which it will ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. Keep in mind that all subsequent emails sent from us regarding any orders will be sent to this email address. You also have an option to pick a username and password for your logon information to use the next time you shop with us.
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please note: Alpaca Direct does not currently ship to APO's, or FPO's at this time, or to countries other than the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Japan.
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Shipping times vary and do not include process times.
Provide a Method of Payment
First, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Alpaca Direct accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Enter the credit card data on the form. Please note that for added security Alpaca Direct does not store credit card information on our system as customer records. They are only used for credit card authorization.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation Email message. We will send you another Email message at the time of shipment.
