Faster shipping
Other UPS and USPS delivery options may be offered at checkout, with the price shown for your address and package weight.
Orders with more than one brand
Orders with more than one brand may arrive on different days because of different processing times (usually 1 to 3 business days). If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will tell you by phone and email about the expected delay or offer other options.
Undeliverable orders
If your order comes back to us undeliverable because of a wrong address, a missing apartment number or a refused delivery, we will re-ship it for a nominal shipping charge, or refund your payment less our actual shipping charges.
