Alpaca Direct uses APC advanced logistics shipping for all shipping outside the United States (10-21 days to most countries). We have found this method to be fast, secure, and cost-effective. Please note: DELIVERY TIMES ARE CONTINGENT ON CLEARING CUSTOMS.

TO CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COST FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER After you have placed all of the items that you wish to order in your shopping bag, click Proceed to Checkout. Select your country, fill in your complete billing and shipping addresses, and then click Continue Checkout. The shipping costs for APC will be displayed. You are not obligated to purchase at this step of the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by AlpacaDirect.com does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged customs fees by the company that delivers the package if they apply.

Please be aware that customers are liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us due to tariffs and customs fees.
