A striking shawl with slipped stitches, extra yarnovers, and patterning on both the RS and WS, Palomino Sunset is perfect for highly variegated yarns. Worked from the top down with double increases on the sides and additional increases in the middle, this shawl is a pleasing deep crescent when finished and fits the shoulders perfectly.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS : 63” along top curve, center depth: 20.5”

MATERIALS: Ancient Arts, 3 ply fingering sock [80% superwash merino, 20% nylon content; 372yds/100g]; color: prairie flower, 2 skeins. This pattern uses 90% of the yarn, approx 670 yds.
