Knitting Bliss With Our Groupon Students

by 3 March 12, 2013 1 min read

All of us here at Alpaca Direct have been thrilled with the overwhelming response to our Groupon Deal and the promise of new knitters overtaking the Inland Northwest! These knitting classes and students are near and dear to our hearts. Tina, our chief organizer, has registration and class student packets down to a science and we are so grateful for her. She keeps us running smoothly group after group. 6a00e54ee661b88833017d41c9b3b7970c                   Kelley is our lead instructor in the classes. She is patient and generous, encouraging students all the way. 6a00e54ee661b88833017c379a7c75970b                     6a00e54ee661b88833017d41c9c895970c                   Our student to teacher ratio in these classes averages 2.5 students per instructor, making it possible to provide detailed, one on one instruction. We expect to continue our Groupon Deal well into the summer so if you missed out on the last one, don't dismay. You will get another opportunity! And of course we always offer our regular beginning knitting classes. Email us at info@alpacadirect.com, give us a call at 208-209-7079  or drop by the shop if you want more information.

My Journey Through the Norrland Hat Pattern
My Journey Through the Norrland Hat Pattern

by Kelley Hobart December 06, 2018 4 min read

I discovered the Norrland Hat pattern on Ravelry and decided to take on the challenge. I love the trees and snowflakes, and I have never done colorwork and cables at the same time. Since I love learning new things, I bought the pattern immediately and cast on.
