• Suggested yarn: madelinetosh Tosh Sock, Hedgehog Fibres Sock, Laneum Sock ( 75% merino, 25% polyamide, 400m/100g): Color A: Parrot – 150g (2 skeins) – 600m, Color B: Anthracit – 70g (1 skein) – 280m , Color C: Undyed – 70g (1 skein) – 280m. Total amount of yarn is 290g (app. 1160m).

• Gauge: 21 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches in Broken Seed Stitch

”Sarabande” is an asymmetrical triangular shawl knitted with 3 colors in a combination of broken seeds stitch, garter stitch and lace knitting edge. Shawl is knitted from one corner to the widest part – lace section.. You will knit one-color sections combined with stripes sections. Gauge is not crucial for this project, you can knit with 4ply or sock base yarn as well with sport or DK yarn.
