- Our products are guaranteed authentic and against defects and faulty workmanship.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, unworn with original tags, and postmarked within 30 days.

Care for your alpaca garment
Gentle care keeps alpaca soft, warm and in shape for years.
- Wash Hand wash gently in lukewarm water with a mild soap. Rinse in water of the same temperature.
- Press, don’t wring Gently press out excess water. Never wring or twist.
- Dry Roll in a towel to press out water, then lay flat on a fresh dry towel and reshape. Air dry.
- No bleach or fabric softener Both can dull the fiber and the color.
- Store Fold, don’t hang. Hanging can stretch the garment out of shape.
- Stubborn stains Dry cleaning may be the best option. We do not recommend machine washing. If you do, use a tied pillowcase, gentle cycle and cool water, then dry flat.

Match your measurements to our Size Chart. It is for general reference only, as sizes can vary between makers. Sock sizes: Men S 4–7, M 7–9, L 9–11, XL 11–14; Women S 5–8, M 8–10, L 10–12.
