Charmer is a one-loop crochet cowl worked in the round. The technique used in this pattern is simple, yet it requires your attention and following the directions carefully to prevent tangling of the yarn. However, if this happens, simply cut the yarn and re-join it, instead of frogging your work. you won't need to cut the yarn while working, but you will have to use two skeins at the same time and alternate them as written in the instructions.
