Squishy, Slouchy, Stripey Legwarmers *Urth Yarns Free Pattern* Designer Kathryn Drummond

These legwarmers are knitted up with Urth Uneek Sock Kit self striping and matching. Leg warmers can easily be made larger or smaller around by increasing or decreasing the cast on by a multiple of 4 stitches (you may need more yarn to get the length you want if you make the legwarmers larger around). For each pair of legwarmers you will need one set of Uneek sock twins. You may want to make more than one! 

• Yarn/Yardage/Weight:1 Urth Yarn Uneek Sock Kit which includes 2 balls of matching and self stripping  220 yards each ball fingering/sock weight.
• Needles:US 1 and US 2 (2.25-2.75mm) DPN sets, or size needle to obtain gauge or desire method. 
• Notions:Stitch markers and tapestry needle for weaving in ends
• Gauge: approximately 20 st and 30 rounds per 4” in stockinette in the round after blocking (although row/round gauge is not critical).
• Finished Size: 18” long, 7” diameter at cuffs (relaxed)
• Diffculty: Easy

Note from Designer: My husband bought a set of Uneek Sock Twins (2x220 yards or 2x50g) for me for Christmas one year. I wanted to make the most of the beautiful, matched, self-striping yarn and the idea of legwarmers suddenly came to me! I loved them so much I had to make another pair, this one for one of my best friends.
